Mallard. We will start at 5am sharp every Thursday
from the T.C. Almon Recreation center. Runs are
typically a couple out and backs - roads first then
trails. Distance is 4-10 miles.

club president. Most of us will out be running anyway,
why not run with some company? Include details such as
route, distance, and, approximate pace. Please schedule runs
